let me tell you about a project that's close to my heart. it all started with a problem statement: how can we tackle the challenges of innovation and environmental management in the public sector? it's a big question, but it's one that I was determined to find an answer to.

as a project designer and co-leader, I dove headfirst into the task at hand. my role was clear: to guide our team through the complexities of research, planning, and execution. but more than that, I wanted to bring a sense of passion and purpose to everything we did.
